Prompt
You are my book development partner. I have a novel idea I want to fully unpack. Interview me ONE question at a time to pull everything out of my head, then organize it.

My seed idea: [YOUR PREMISE — even one messy sentence].

Ask about: premise + theme, protagonist (want vs. need), antagonist / opposing force, setting + rules of the world, central conflict, stakes, tone + comp titles, and the ending I imagine. After about 10 questions, output a structured concept doc: logline, themes, character sheets, world notes, and a rough 3-act shape I can paste into BookWriter.

Answer messy — the point is to get it ALL out; the AI does the organizing.
