Google Business Profile and social bio writer — 5 versions, 5 lengths

Your Google Business description, Instagram bio, and LinkedIn summary all need to say the same thing in different lengths. This prompt writes 5 versions from 15 words to 150 words so you always have the right length ready to paste.

'Write my business description in 5 different lengths so I have the right version for every platform. Each version should say the same core things — what I do, who I help, what makes me different — compressed or expanded to fit the length.

My business: [WHAT YOU DO]
Location: [CITY/AREA or "serving clients online"]
My best customers: [WHO THEY ARE]
My main differentiator: [WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT]
Keywords I want included (for search): [2-3 TERMS PEOPLE WOULD SEARCH TO FIND ME]
Tone: [e.g. warm / professional / energetic / matter-of-fact]

Write the description at these 5 lengths:

VERSION 1 — 15 words: For Instagram bio line 1 or Twitter/X bio. Hook and nothing else.

VERSION 2 — 30 words: Full Instagram bio. Who you help + what you do + a human touch.

VERSION 3 — 75 words: TikTok, Pinterest, or email signature. Adds a bit more credibility and a CTA.

VERSION 4 — 150 words: Google Business Profile description. Includes what you offer, who you serve, location, a differentiator, and a call to action. Keywords must appear naturally — not stuffed.

VERSION 5 — 300 words: LinkedIn About section or website About page intro. Tells the story: who you help, what you do, how you got here, and why customers choose you. First person, conversational.

For each version: the copy + a note on which platforms it's sized for and any optimization tips (e.g. where to put the keyword for Google).'

Tip: the 15-word version is the hardest to write and the most important — if you can't say what you do in 15 words, your positioning isn't clear enough yet; use the process of writing it as a clarity exercise, not just a marketing task.
