From the above:

1. SUMMARY — 3-5 bullet points covering the most important information. Each bullet should be one clear sentence.

2. ACTION ITEMS — list every task, decision, or follow-up that needs to happen. For each:
   - What needs to be done (specific, not vague)
   - Who is responsible (if mentioned or implied)
   - Deadline or timeline (if mentioned)
   - Priority: High / Medium / Low

3. OPEN QUESTIONS — anything that was left unresolved, ambiguous, or needs a decision that wasn't made.

4. KEY DECISIONS MADE — any decisions that were finalized (not action items, but resolved choices).

Tips:
• Works on anything with text — paste a PDF copy, a copied webpage, a Zoom transcript, or raw email threads
• For long documents: copy in sections and ask 'combine these summaries into one' at the end
• For meeting notes: add 'Also note who said what on each action item' if attribution matters
• For articles or research: replace the action items section with 'Key claims the author makes and whether they back each one with evidence'
