Synthesize user interviews into themes + decisions
Turn raw interview notes into ranked insight themes, supporting quotes, and concrete product decisions.
Act as a senior product researcher. I'll paste notes/transcripts from [N] user interviews about [TOPIC]. Synthesize them rigorously. Produce: 1. The top 5–7 themes, ranked by how often they appeared and how strongly. For each: a one-line insight, how many participants raised it, and 1–2 verbatim quotes as evidence (mark the source as P1, P2…). 2. Pain points vs. desires vs. current workarounds, separated. 3. Surprising/contradictory signals worth noting (don't smooth them over). 4. 3–5 concrete, prioritized product decisions the data supports — and for each, the evidence behind it and what would change your mind. 5. The biggest open question the interviews did NOT answer. Be faithful to the data: do not invent quotes or overstate frequency. If a claim is weakly supported, say so. Notes: [PASTE INTERVIEWS]
