Claude: meeting notes to action items
Paste a messy transcript or notes; Claude returns a clean summary, a decisions/owners/dates table, and the open questions — nothing invented.
Paste a transcript or your raw notes into Claude: 'Turn the notes below into a clean, useful record. Produce: 1. A 5-bullet summary of what was discussed. 2. A table of ACTION ITEMS: task, owner, due date (only if stated). 3. The DECISIONS made. 4. OPEN QUESTIONS and anything left unresolved. Use only what's in the notes — if an owner or date wasn't given, write 'unassigned,' don't invent one. Then draft a short follow-up email summarizing the above. Notes: [PASTE].' Tips: works on Zoom or Meet transcripts, voice-memo dumps, or scribbles; add 'flag any commitment that has no owner' to catch dropped balls.
