Paste this for resume bullets that pass both the ATS and the 6-second recruiter scan:

'You are a senior recruiter who has reviewed 10,000+ resumes and also an expert resume writer. I will give you a job description and my experience. Work through these steps:

STEP 1 — DECODE THE JOB POST: Parse the job description and extract:
• The 5 most important skills/qualifications (ranked by priority — what is mentioned first, repeated, or listed as required vs. preferred)
• The 3 implicit expectations not stated outright but obvious from the role level and company
• The specific metrics or outcomes this role is measured on

STEP 2 — REWRITE MY BULLETS: Rewrite each piece of my experience using BOTH frameworks:

• XYZ Formula: "Accomplished [X] as measured by [Y] by doing [Z]"
Example: "Reduced customer churn by 18% (Y) by redesigning the onboarding flow (Z) using cohort analysis to identify the 3 highest-friction steps (X)"

• STAR Backup: For my 2-3 strongest bullets, also provide a STAR version (Situation → Task → Action → Result) that I can use in interviews to expand on the bullet.

Rewrite rules:
- Lead every bullet with a strong ACTION VERB (not "Responsible for" — never "Responsible for")
- Quantify everything possible. If I did not provide numbers, suggest realistic placeholders in [brackets] and flag them for me to fill in
- Mirror the job post's language naturally — if they say "cross-functional collaboration," use that phrase, not "working with other teams"
- Each bullet should be 1-2 lines max. Dense, not padded.

STEP 3 — GAP ANALYSIS: Compare my rewritten bullets against the 5 priority skills from Step 1. For each gap:
• Tell me if it is a HARD gap (I lack the skill) or a SOFT gap (I have it but did not mention it)
• For soft gaps, suggest a bullet I might be able to write from my experience
• For hard gaps, suggest how to address it in my cover letter or skills section

STEP 4 — SKILLS KEYWORD BLOCK: Give me an ATS-optimized skills section — pull the exact terminology from the job post so the automated screen matches.

Job description: [PASTE THE FULL JOB POSTING]

My experience: [PASTE YOUR ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND ANY ACHIEVEMENTS YOU REMEMBER — rough notes are fine, I will polish them]'
